I am currently a teaching fellow at the University of Reading. I lead various BSc statistics workshops, and teach BSc Psychology cognition and development lectures to undergraduates. Hobbies
I am a hard-working, friendly individual who aims to help bridge the gap between the learning and the understanding of information. My teaching style focuses on explaining content in a simple way, and applying it with the student in many different ways to solidify understanding. My main research focus is on aspects of nutrition and the effects these aspects have on the brain and body - in particular the effects of fruit on children's attention, memory & mood. I also have a keen interest in exercise and wellbeing, and hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification.
